This place is conveniently located close to a coffee shop, restaurant, and the beach, where the staff was extremely friendly, and we had a room with a bidet.

There were a mini-bar, satellite TV and climate control in the room, enjoyed that. The free parking was onsite, superb service.

Perfect 10/10 experience there. The hotel with reasonably large rooms, in a beach area, on the seaside. Lots of nice options for meal. Comfy beds, a mini-bar, satellite TV and climate control in the room. The staff was AMICABLE, the location was marvellous.

Our stay was fantastic, and we definitely felt the value for our money. the room was comfortable with an amazing sea view, and the staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, An Ihg offers a modern setting with a lovely pool area. the sea view from the third-floor room's large balcony is fantastic. the friendly and helpful staff enhance the overall experience. Multiple on-site restaurant choices and free transportation to and from HCMC are convenient amenities.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, all our needs were fulfilled with their exclusive amenities like the spa and wellness centre, sauna and swimming pool. the infinity pool had a magnificent view of the beachfront and the garden area. the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind with a poolside snack bar and entertainment. the private facilities were a plus, especially the treatment room where we had the full body massage and beauty treatment. the restaurant offered a wide selection of Asian and non, Asian foods and good coffee.

Check, in was quite late at 4 pm but this was a minor issue. the hotel was child, friendly with all the amenities like the kid pool, chair, and playground.

We found the check-in time to be a bit inconvenient, as we had to wait until 4 pm to access our rooms.

the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great advice on where to go and what to see. We also loved the range of activities on offer, from the wonderful pool area to the stunning beach. Even more exciting, the hotel was perfect for families travelling with young children, as they have a great selection of activities and amenities to cater for little ones. the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of dishes to choose from, including options for babies!

some of the extras such as rollaway beds and food and drink options were quite pricey.
